Weekly Eastside L.A. real estate sales snapshot statistics are within the pink area.

It’s been a very busy seven days for Eastside Los Angeles real estate sales. There where 35 closed transactions. That means 35 property titles were recorded switching owners hands. The median (SFR) single-family residents sales price was $962,500.00 with a low selling price of $629,000.00 and a high selling price of $3,595,000.00. The median sales prices are up a whopping 8% this week from last year!

Here is a sales volume by neighborhood and median sales price:

Hollywood Hills East – 5 homes sold with a median selling price of $1,540,000.00

Los Feliz – 5 homes sold with a median selling price of $1,550,000.00

Silverlake/Echo Park – 4 homes sold with a median selling price of $1,443,500.00

Glassell Park – 2 homes sold with a median selling price of $727,000.00

Mount Washington – 7 homes sold with a median selling price of $879,000.00

Highland Park –  4 homes sold with a median selling price of $850,000.00

Eagle Rock –  5 homes sold with a median selling price of $860,000.00

Atwater Village –  4 homes sold with a median selling price of $921,000.00

Condos sales was a different picture. There were only two condo sales the past week on the Eastside of L.A. One was a 3 bed + 3 bathroom in Eagle Rock which grabbed $525,000.00 and the other was a 2 bedroom + 2 bathroom in Silverlake area off Sunset Blvd 4111 W Sunset Blvd #312 which closed at $775,000.00.
