Who is behind Silver Lake Blog?

Glenn Shelhamer is a licensed California real estate broker (DRE #01950995), Broker of Record and founder of The Shelhamer Real Estate Group. He is ranked in the top 5% of brokers in the U.S., with 15 years of experience and career sales over $250 million. He is a Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE) and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®), studied negotiation at Harvard Law School Executive Education, has appeared on Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, and is an INBA Professional Bodybuilding Athlete. Glenn has written and edited Silver Lake Blog since 2015.

Glenn lives on the Eastside of Los Angeles with his wife and two children. He serves as assistant coach for his son’s soccer team, and he and his family are active in giving back to the Eastside community, volunteering with Dogs Without Borders (Los Angeles animal rescue and foster) and CaCreative Charter School.
