Soft Spirits carries a huge selection of artisan crafted beverages. Some serve as mixers and others are standalone like their non-alcoholic wines and beers. They also have a convenient online ordering system and even offer local delivery!
It’s one of those things that will just kind of become commonplace over time. Most bars and restaurants will start offering non-alcoholic options. I kind of think about it in a way like vegetarianism and veganism used to be a little inaccessible. Many bars in Silverlake and surrounding areas are following Jillian’s lead and now offer a bevy of N/A beverages that can stand up to their more boozy counterparts. Whether you’ve never drank alcohol, are taking a break, or rethinking your drinking choices you’ll now be able to enjoy time out at bars.
When I visited the shop I picked up a bottle of Optimist Botanicals in their Fresh Flavor which goes great with tonic water or ginger ale when you’re craving that garden fresh G&T. They have syrups, beers, wines, spirits, and even a bottled Negroni called “Phony Negroni!” I also grabbed a few of those and was thrilled to see they somehow tasted like the real thing! A Negroni is a popular Italian cocktail usually made with Gin, Campari, and Sweet vermouth.
