37th Annual Echo Park Lotus Festival: It’s almost our favorite time of year – celebrating the newly sprouted Lotus in Echo Park Lake! This wonderful family friendly festival has is going strong 37 years in – and each year just gets BETTER and BETTER. This year the host country is Bangladesh. So, for certain you can be sure there will be Bangladeshi dancers and themed entertainment.

This year the festival will be even better than ever with food, entertainment, music, information booths, health fair, the famous dragon boat races, giveaways, and SO MUCH MORE! Grab your entire family, put your pooch on a leash, and come out to enjoy a fun filled day. It’s the perfect middle of summer day outdoors. Don’t forget the sunscreen!
The 37th Annual Echo Park Lotus Festival is sponsored by the Los Angeles Department of Recreation and Parks in the famous Echo Park Lake grounds. The weather is scheduled to be in the the HIGH 80’s so come prepared and STAY hydrated.
